When you get in touch, share the boiler make and model, any fault code and whether you have heating and hot water. A photograph of the boiler and its controls can help Martin prepare for the visit. Do not remove the boiler casing.
Service or repair?
A service is planned maintenance; a repair investigates a problem. If your boiler is already faulty, tell us when booking so we can discuss the right visit. Parts, availability and the work required are confirmed after assessment.
